Provide administrative support to the AMTC.  To include:

Adhoc duties for the MD such as diary and inbox management

Creating agendas ahead of meetings

Taking minutes and issuing action logs

Making travel arrangements for the AMTC

Support in creation of Board level and other adhoc reports

Support the finance manager with adhoc duties

Assist with other adhoc admin tasks such as monthly expense / credit card claims
