The jobs purpose is to provide efficient and professional day to day management of the Estates Helpdesk including maintaining and managing the CAFM system, pool car management and door access management system.
The role will be suited to an administrator who is able to work autonomously and who takes ownership and responsibility for the day to day Estates Helpdesk.
The successful candidate must possess a good aptitude to using Microsoft Office Packages and be able to demonstrate versatility in their approach to work
This role is a 40hrs per week role with a start time of 7am or 8am.
