Robin has extensive experience with the Boards of manufacturing and service companies, initially as an adviser, then as a principal and more recently as a non-executive Board member.
Robin had an early career in advising listed companies, moving on to co-found his own, Britton Group plc (1992-1998), a consolidator in the packaging industry, then with Hepworth plc (1998-2001), a building materials manufacturer. These were both sold as FTSE 250 constituents and Robin then developed a non-executive career with listed companies, Government owned businesses, family and private equity owned companies. These have had a wide sector spread, from high tech manufacturing and healthcare to professional services and construction.
Robin has other Board roles as Chair of FIH Group plc (from which he is stepping down in September 2023) and Keystone Law Group plc and as non-executive director with Churchill China plc and Headlam Group plc.
