Before that she spent 20 years at Domino Printing Sciences, playing a key role as Group Human Resources Director. During her time there the company grew from 1,000 employees and a turnover of £120m to 2,500 employees and £360m turnover by 2015.

- [Heather Clarke | MTC](/about/our-people/heather-clarke) – Heather Clarke, Chartered Engineer and IMechE Fellow with 26+ years' experience, held technical management roles in rail & energy before joining the MTC Board.
- [Meet Clive Hickman | CEO | MTC Team](/about/our-people/clive-hickman) – Before joining MTC as chief executive in 2011 Clive Hickman had more than 35 years' engineering experience in several roles within the automotive industry, culminating in the position of Head of Engineering for Tata Motors in India. For more than 12 years, he led MTC through a period of extraordinary growth, helping to create a national asset that has become a magnet for manufacturing across the Midlands. He was appointed chairman in April 2023.
- [Meet Jon Evans | BAE Systems UK & RoW Manufacturing](/about/our-people/jon-evans) – Jon leads the UK & RoW Manufacturing function at BAE Systems, managing 13,500 people. He chairs the Global Manufacturing Council and is a commissioner on the Made Smarter Initiative. His early career was dominated by operational tours as a maintenance officer leading Naval Air Squadrons embarked on ships across the Fleet. His seagoing tours culminated in the role of Commander Air Engineer of the Fleet Flag Ship HMS ARK ROYAL.
