Speak Up (Whistleblowing) Policy

At Manufacturing Technology Centre (MTC), we are committed to conducting business with honesty, integrity and accountability. We encourage employees, contractors, business partners and other stakeholders to raise concerns if they become aware of suspected wrongdoing, unethical behaviour or breaches of legal or regulatory requirements.  

Our Speak Up (Whistleblowing) Policy provides a safe and confidential way to report concerns.  Concerns can be raised through a line manager, the Head of Legal, or via Safecall, an independent and confidential whistleblowing service available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Concerns shared with Safecall can be made on a named, semi-anonymous or anonymous basis. You can contact Safecall in either of the following ways:

All concerns are reviewed promptly, treated seriously and investigated fairly and impartially by appropriately qualified individuals.  

MTC is committed to protecting those who raise concerns in good faith. We maintain strict confidentiality wherever possible and have zero tolerance for retaliation, harassment or victimisation of anyone who speaks up.
