Vijay, a Fellow of the Institution of Engineering and Technology (FIET) and an Honorary Professor at the University of Birmingham, has extensive experience in academia and industry, delivering innovative solutions across all technology readiness levels. Before joining MTC, he was the Global Chief of Transformation and Chief of Programmes at Rolls-Royce Electrical. At MTC, Vijay leads Academic Engagement, fostering collaborative relationships with universities to translate academic research into impactful industrial applications.
