Fiona joined MTC in July 2025, bringing with her more than 20 years of HR leadership experience across the manufacturing, engineering, energy, and financial services sectors.
Prior to MTC, Fiona was Senior HR Director at Stanley Black & Decker, where she led the HR strategy across the EMEA and ANZ regions, driving transformation and alignment across diverse markets.
Her expertise spans strategic HR leadership, employee engagement, career and talent development, and organisational design. Fiona is widely recognised for cultivating inclusive cultures, empowering high-performing teams, and aligning people strategies with business growth.
She holds a Business Studies degree from Nottingham Trent University and a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resources, underpinning her practical leadership with strong academic foundations.
