Empowering the next generation of automation & robotics innovators

Are you developing cutting-edge automation or robotics solutions ready to scale? MTC, part of the High Value Manufacturing Catapult (HVMC), is offering a unique funding and support opportunity for visionary UK-based automation & robotics companies.

Over 3000 hours in support is available for at least two high-impact companies to accelerate product maturation and catalyse growth in low automation sectors. This programme opens in April 2026 is designed to help you overcome technical, manufacturing, or business challenges on your journey from start-up to scale-up.

How to apply

Submit your Part One application by 10 May 2026 to be considered. The top ten applicants will be shortlisted and invited to complete Part Two, followed by a collaborative scoping meeting with MTC to define your tailored support package. Final selection takes place at the end of October, with at least two companies awarded support and projects kicking off in August 2026.
