You’ll start the process by completing an online application form including some eligibility questions. Taking around 10 minutes, you will share basic information about yourself and attach your CV.
After we have received your application, we will invite you to complete 2 short psychometric tests. Your tests have been carefully chosen and are tailored to the programme you have applied for. The types of tests include; Numerical/Verbal Reasoning, Situational Judgement and Ability tests. They are a great way for us to understand your strengths, potential and suitability to the position. It will take up to a maximum of 50 minutes to complete both tests.
Following successful completion of your online test, you'll get the chance to really stand out with a pre-recorded video interview. It's a great opportunity for us to find out a bit more about you! We will ask you to talk about why you chose your graduate programme, why you would like to join the MTC as well as showcasing your skills and experiences. It takes approximately 25 minutes to complete.
For the final step, you will be invited to attend an assessment centre at our site in Antsy, Coventry. Prior to attending, we will invite successful candidates to a virtual panel with the MTC HR team (who host our assessment centres). It’s a great chance to meet the team and your peers, gain an understanding of the impact our current graduates are having as well as what to expect on the day. At the assessment centre, key activities include: a group exercise, a case study and a formal interview. Our assessment centres run over the course of one working day, including time for breaks, lunch etc.
Our graduate recruitment team will be in contact shortly after you have attended an assessment centre to advise if you have been successful in securing a place on the programme. Best of luck!
