From day one, you'll work on exciting live projects alongside industry experts, gaining hands-on experience and bridging the gap between academia and industry to become a competent and confident professional engineer. Our business graduates are the future leaders of our organisation. Many of our current leaders started in our renowned graduate programme. This two-year program, with 6-month rotations, equips you with the experience, knowledge, and skills to become future leaders and technical specialists.
